Accommodations:

Rooms may be reserved, January 24, 2008 to July 14, 2008 at the Disney's Contemporary Resort.  Visit there website or take a tour of the Contemporary Resort. After Monday July 14, 2008 rooms will be subject to availability and Hotel/Resort Tax.

Single/Double Occupancy Rooms ........................................ $155.00 per night
Additional Adults in room (3 or more)...................................$  25.00 per person per night

Exhibitor Information:

All exhibit items/objects must be brought in through the back entrance of the convention center.
The security guard on duty can provide directions and information. 

Exhibitor booths can be set up on Thursday, August 14, 2008 from 8 am until midnight.  Exhibit set-up is prohibited on Friday August 15, 2008, the day of the trade fair. 

On August 15, 2008 from 8:30 am to 9:15 am, the FMSDC will be presenting our grand opening in the lobby outside of the trade fair.  During this time, no exhibitors or attendees will be allowed inside the exhibit hall.

Complete the Registration Form and return with your check or credit card number/expiration date by August 8, 2008. Cancellations will be honored only if requested in writing to FMSDC by August 1, 2008. No refunds will be made after July 25, 2008. A $75.00 cancellation fee will apply.  Pre-registration is required for a trade fair badge. For information call (407) 245-6062.
